Task:

Create a Financial Tracker Spreadsheet tailored specifically for online vendors in Sierra Leone, to help them track sales, orders, and purchases in a simple, easy-to-use format. This tool should help vendors — especially those selling through WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram — keep better records of their business performance.

Deliverables:

• A well-structured Google Sheet or Excel Spreadsheet that includes:

Submission Requirements:

• The spreadsheet must be designed with a real Sierra Leonean vendor in mind — use local currency (Le), typical sales items (clothing, food, cosmetics, etc.), and real-world business flows.

• Include realistic sample data to demonstrate how it works.

• Share a viewable link to the sheet (Google Drive preferred) or upload the Excel file.

• Include screenshots or a short video (max 2 mins) walking through the spreadsheet.

• Make sure it’s mobile-friendly for vendors who may only access it via phones.

Judging Criteria:

• Usefulness: Is this actually helpful for a busy vendor who doesn’t have much time or bookkeeping experience?

• Simplicity: Is it clean, clear, and easy to use — even for non-technical users?

• Accuracy: Does the tracker correctly calculate totals, profits, and summaries?

• Real-World Fit: Does it reflect how online vendors in SL actually operate?

Important Note:

All final submissions will be shared with real vendors for actual use in their businesses. This bounty is designed to directly empower informal and online entrepreneurs in Sierra Leone.
