• Design Quality: Is the site clean, easy to navigate, and mobile-friendly?

• Clarity & Simplicity: Can anyone understand and apply the tips easily?

• Local Relevance: Does the site reflect the realities of informal businesses in SL?

• Practicality: Would a local vendor find this helpful and actionable?
